Fooling Customer in name of FUP

They have put in Red bold Heading NO GB RESTRICTION & NO SPEED DOWNGRADE and then in Terms & Condition they have specified Download Limit under FUP.

Either they should mention FUP CONDITION APPLY UNDER THE TABLES WHEREEVER IT IS APPLIED or they should delete NO GB RESTRICTION.

Dont get fooled by Tikona tariff plans.They have been specially made to cheat customers.Dont ever think about opting Tikona.Its the worst service provider in India.

Tikona sucks to CORE, people DO NOT GET TIKONA connection they are just bunch of lying a$$#%!^s and pathetic b@$#@rds where they can only promise things and low standard morons cannot keep up to their promise.

Hi.. I have just read your review of Tikona... Right now Tikona is fooling me also.. They are not disconnecting my connection even after several calls.. Last month one executive told me to continue the connection as per Hold policy .And I will be not charged the monthly rent and only need to pay 200 rs for 2 months... But now just after a month they have sent me the bill double than my monthly charges some recurring charges... I had recorded the call and now when I compliant about false commitment and told that I have record.. they are asking me to provide the recording and a email of cancellation..
