just got a call from fk social media team and they cannot understand my email aka don't have access to it. Now waiting time is 72 hrs.

No one has any idea at flipkart how this credit thing works I have to explain it to them and still they act hmmm ok ok call you later. 😕

so after going through the initial barrier of dumb support finally got a call because of technical issue bill generation is delayed.

They have implemented some crazy system of feedback even their delivery guys ask for feedback now, Amazon has a simple feedback system and their support or delivery guys never ask for it. Flipkart feedback has a lot of parameters to rate.
