According to Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, MTS India: "Under this plan, MTS will provide all services including Local , STD ,Roaming and ISD calls, SMS and Data usage at flat 30 paisa.''

This offer can be availed by both new and existing MTS customers through a recharge voucher priced between Rs 50 to Rs 100.

I noticed that part. The statement from the company representative did not mention this. MTS website again seems to be missing this new plan. As usual. I prefer to wait for the website update before accepting the stuff mentioned on random news websites 😀

Yes Calls to US and Canada from India are cheapest, while calls to Gulf countries are costlier.Are calls to US cheaper because US mobiles charges incoming calls?
