Find channel frequencies

Now I want to set channel in my TC tuner card where I need to key in frequencies to set.Now I found the frequency from my TV setup option and put in and had to put it with suffix 250 and than only it appears, now the problem is that not all channels are there in TV but are in my You Scod 18 set top box(STB) but the frequency of same channel is different, it is like: for Sony channel:189 Mhz on TV382 Mhz on STBSo please tell me how do I key in, whether some calculations or some suffix...PLEASE HELP ME!!!
