Finally, I started getting increased upload speed..

I was on this upto 4mbps plan for about 4 years but my download speed never went beyond 1.7mbps.
Yesterday, when complaint, the guy said he has now increased my plan dowload speed.
As of now 24.8.16. my monthly usage is 54GB (exceeded by 14 GB) and speed test shows thus



But looks like my upload speed is reduced, which is damn slow

upload speed is 0.5 mbps in majority of the plans

It takes more than 1.5 mins to upload just one photo of 4mb

where did you complain about your speed problem...Local office or using 1504 number?

Local office on 2423800 (Panaji Altinho, I think) . this is also the number when we phone them to fix some tech. problems
