ok a few things i am quite a optimistic person so any new development is welcomed............But i would like to throw light on certain things your system without being connected to the internet is the problem. You are saying a normal/slow internet connection will do for browsing FB and all but what about Youtube or any other BW hungry app.? I will have to spend then on a high speed conn and your initial payment too. It is just like wasting money...

Just define it , what that person is saying is quite possible and infact is in process long time back and infact they are trying to0 get rid of ISP totally if you want to know. Ifusers connect to each other there is nothing htat they can prevent /regularize against. If yopu check my post some time back, I have mentioned this idea infact on world wide basis......

common man....the very idea of all this LAN/DC++ systems is to traffic pirated content to reduce costs bcoz that's the bulk of internet traffic nowadays..
just to put in simple terms all this is for sharing right? what do we share? movies..music..games..software ..now out of all this how many are actually shareable? i.e. without copyright.? if u watch movies through netflix does it allow you to retransmit it?......This is called piracy.:silly:

copyright is very specific law, In India if you look up copyright is applicable to content if its made in India, or made with Indian or with Indian associated in project ( as an Indian) if you are copying bodyguard( I DARE YOU 😉 ) its might be copyright violation, if you are copying some hollywood stuff its subject of debate same with s/w by my understanding whole copyright law is wrong, if I PAY FOR CD/DVD/whatever isnt it mine???? if I am giving my stuff legally to any one or better yet I am letting them copying it and not taking money how is the copyright violation ??? cause I have original one and I gained nothing out of transaction...

about the link u provided i can say it is a foolish concept. Whenever such a system traverses boundary's of cities and country's it itself becomes an ISP. Internet is nothing but a big LAN in itself. The ISP's just charge you for the link.
Now there might be differences in terms of quality of service provided, some charge more , some charge less.......in India we have bad,really bad ISP's who over charge,don't give speed and all; US has good whereas SK,Japan etyc have best ISP's. About censoring and all if you live in a democratic country it should not bother you much...

ok now you are searching for loopholes...about the Indian/foreign concept that divide will get bridged by passing a law in a matter of minutes.
about your second part...then like a loophole what if one buys the content and distributes it to the world then will it be fare. Is one purchase enough for makers to justify there costs? It is just like your fundamental rights...if you make a content u have evry right to associate laws/restrictions with it.
Of course don't think i am justifying anti piracy here in India, piracy has a direct link to per capita gdp., when you charge 5-6k for a OS and thousand s for a game piracy is bound to happen bcoz the prizes are insane. but it will go down as the time passes by...
