This happens mostly with cloudflare and AWS. I remember at the start of lockdown, every morning access data in AWS US servers was almost impossible

oh... i think i removed all labels because they were not making any sense. i never really understood the trophies system of xenforo which basically powered the label system. i imagine the visible post count should suffice for one's authority here?

i decided to not take money from the members. i have renewed my subscription that would get me the 2.2 update when it arrives. and i also got the enhanced search component that i was seeking funds for. it is now powering the search which should perform much much better than before. the new features powered by it are coming on 2.2 which hopefully should be out in a month or two.

Try changing this setting. XenForo settings for user banners is very confusing. Though this feature is known to get abused so not sure if I would keep it enabled.

The banners still show up for some users though.
