Fedora 25 makes Linux easy enough for anyone to try
i am really tempted to install this. i have not tried dual boot since i got the uefi motherboard. is it safe to install it alongside windows these days? i would really hate to mess up my windows 10 install.

so created a pen drive and booted into fedora 25.
clicked the install option.
nothing happened.
restarted computer to boot into windows.
ended up with a dead pc because the installer process that did not work somehow managed to change my uefi settings or something.
spent 20 minutes changing around uefi settings and finally managed to boot into windows.
i still have no idea if the fix is permanent 😛
