Farewell Airtel, maybe

So i decided to take the leap and go from Airtel to Tikona Broadband. They have 4mbps for 80gigs at 1250 Rupees, almost 1000 less than Airtel...

I know some are thinking I'm shooting myself in the foot, but I'm going to see if they provide a decent speed first, as they allow me to check the speed for free before applying, which every ISP should do anyway.

Would not be using the net much, and don't care about pings which I guess would suck as its wireless.

Tikona reviews are generally extremely negative, but is there anyone using it in Chennai?
 
My sister and her family are using it. Speeds are good except during few hours in evenings I.e. 5 pm to 8 pm. In 3-4 months of usage they have had outages of 2-3 days per month...Tikona had promised to give refund for those days..
