Fake reviews or truly poor customer support

I was on MTNL before. Internet was working fine except for sometimes disconnections on weekends. Disliked MTNL customer service. Shifted to Airtel and have been getting terrible service from Airtel:

Internet giving problem with my Linux operating system. Have been getting 8Mbps instead of 16Mbps. Billing cycle of 28 days (13 March evening till 10 April) instead of full 31 days of March. Installing connection in other rooms still pending. Intercom not yet installed. Stupid replies from customer service. Stupidity of their engineer. Bad behavior of their engineers. Unkept promises (example that engineer will visit within 24 hours). Problems not solved in-spite of contacting multiple times.
