@conquest Thanks for useful commands.
I tried these but not sure where I am heading.
There is no xml file or file by name /tmp/debug-decry-cfg at /tmp

Where is file named db_backup_cfg.xml located from tftp command.
Can u pl guide. Thx

Thanks. It's encrypted. I downloaded but all junk.
What I am not getting is where is the file saved after running the command to decrypt

sendcmd 1 DB decry /userconfig/cfg/db_user_cfg.xml

decrypted file will be in
/tmp/ [nameof file = debug-decry-cfg]
You need to use tftp to download it
It's an XML file. Open it using text editors or XML reader

Thanks but after running the command, there's no file by name debug-decry-cfg at /tmp
The command shows some info on screen as well.
Will try to capture screenshots and post them here

Go to tmp by
"CD /tmp" And then issue ls to check file list.

You need to go to root tmp, not var/tmp/
Enter "cd .."
Then ls to see folder list for folder named tmp. If it's there with folder like etc, var, mnt then you are root drive. Go to tmp folder from here
