decrypted file will be in
/tmp/ [nameof file = debug-decry-cfg]
You need to use tftp to download it
It's an XML file. Open it using text editors or XML reader

Thanks but after running the command, there's no file by name debug-decry-cfg at /tmp
The command shows some info on screen as well.

You need to go to root tmp, not var/tmp/
Enter "cd .."
Then ls to see folder list for folder named tmp. If it's there with folder like etc, var, mnt then you are root drive. Go to tmp folder from here
First decrypt the config with this command:
sendcmd 1 DB decry /userconfig/cfg/db_user_cfg.xml
Then upload it with this:
curl https://bashupload.com/db_user_cfg.xml -kT /tmp/debug-decry-cfg
You will get a link to the file which you can download and access
