From what I've gathered, there are enclosures available that can help us use an M.2 SSD as an external drive.

I am aware that using an external SSD might be a far simple option such as a Samsung T5 USB C SSD

But I am seriously exploring the options of create an external M.2 drive considering the pros which are many.

1. Crucial P2 1TB - Rs. 7.8k Link

2. Orico Enclosure - Rs. 2.8k Link

Do you guys think this is a practical solution? What are the possible issues you can foresee?

P2 is a QLC drive with no dram cache. Not ideal for that price.
If possible, Consider A2000 or SN550. I got my Sn550 1tb for 8.3k. https://www.amazon.in/Western-Digital-SN550-Internal-WDS100T2B0C/dp/B07YFFX5MD

With that said, The enclosure is only 10gbit and a bottleneck when used with sn550, a2000.

What I'm more worried about is this:
