Exploiting consumer's innocence: Airtel

No doubt that Bharti Airtel has earned the dubious distinction of being the company facing the largest number of consumer complaints, according to latest government data(National Consumer Helpline). I have suffered a lot at their hand and hope that others will note the figures and keep away from such non professional and unethical company. I have a pre paid number of the company and over and over again they keep fleecing my money off my account without my consent. I have made several complaints through incessant calls to the customer care and numerous e-mails but it seems that the company was striving hard to achieve the rare distinction that it has earned. I have learnt my lesson and in time and has moved on to a better service but all of you out there please be cautious.Varun SinghalAirtel useless No-9612513837
