Experience dealing with @idea_cellular bullshit on a new prepaid connection

how do i disable these scrolling messages? cell info messages is off for both sims.

Great. I was asked to dial 59059 to activate the phone. I did that.
I was asked to recharge an amount and dial 2222.
I recharged.
I dialed 2222.
I was told that I have still not recharged.
Idea My Account section also does not show any recharge. :\
 
Option appeared after activation of SIM somehow. My balance is still missing. :-\

Went through like hundred messages before got a real person who said recharges can take seventy two hours.
 
I don't believe in their story and ask them to register a complaint straight away, also write the complaint no for sake of reference.
Don't be rude but act as if you know the stuff.

I cannot find a way to register a complaint. Whenever/Whereever I call, they ask me to wait for 72 hours. Working hours. Which comes to around what? 9 days!
 
the latest is that they claim that they cannot see the transaction at their own end. so they suggest me to wait for 8 days for the money to refund to my credit card. if not, i would have to contact them once again and go through the same ordeal.
