hey i m using bsnl broadband from june2008i had ordered it on 26th jan 2007:wall:and now i get speeds of only 1mbps:wall:i hav the 500 home plan also the bill comes so highthey sent bill of 6500 for June and July😡and now i cheked my usage for month of august and the bill amounts to 6700😡i did not download even a song in aug and their usage checking site shows that i hav downloaded 7gb😕i hav decided not to pay the bills
 
change your BSNL password immediately & complain to the local exchange.ask them to check your account for misuse/hack since BSNL records which account is used to login from which telephone no. & computer/modem MAC address used to make connection which is unique for every computer/modem.

What is your tariff plan ?
Which is the modem/router you use ?
Any unsecured wireless router ?
June /July bills might have included Installation/security deposit.
Check your usage acct for Sept and post screen shot.
Usage portal does not show usage in Rupees . Is it 6700 MB ?
Para two : Is the telephone connection in your name ? or your parent/s ?

hey i had already purchased the modem
so no question of security deposit😛
and i know that usage portal shows usage and not the bill
i calculated the bill myself as per their specifications of 80 paise per extra Mb😀

fone is in ma parents name
i use smartAX MT841 modem from Huawei
