Excitel dumping 100mbps plan. Upgrading existing plans to 200/300/400mbps

Hello Guys, I'm using Excitel from Jaipur & as seen in previous thread of excitel 500 & 1Gbps discussion someone has pointed out that Mumbai has got 200,300 & 400 Mbps plans. Just out of curiosity I checked my internet speed (My plan - Excitel fiber 300 Mbps 12 Months Jaipur)
And Bang 💣

Till last week I used to get 330 Mbps Up & Down But now suddenly from today I'm getting 395+ Download & 420+ Upload. What's the matter? Can you also test your speed if you have 300 Mbps plan & mention your city? I think they're upgrading speed of their users in other cities too which have 300 Mbps plans.

Update - after asking on their twitter they replied with this " As our services are being rolled out in a phased manner, our sales representative will contact you once our services are available at your address."

Till yesterday their response was "We'll let you know when we will have new plans"

Yea, I have been seeing banners of "Excitel Coming Soon" here in Mumbai. Yet doesn't if anyone has a working connection, 699 for 200Mbps is a steal if their service here will be good.

Finally after banging my head a lot + checking website and app daily... after few weeks finally got 400 Mbps plans in Jaipur 🔥

Plans are looking quite expensive for now but i hope once it's officially launched even on website it'll definitely be lesser 😁

Problem is my 300 Mbps plan will expire after 183 days means 6 months I'm stuck with 300 Mbps 😭😭😭

400 Mbps 12 months costs lesser than 300 Mbps 12 months. 200 Mbps plan for 12 months have 3 variants. One even costs lesser than 100 Mbps 12 months & 1 is similar to previous 300 Mbps 12 months. I mean if someone can do the recharge now they can really save a ton of money on recharge. I'm just blown away from this 💣

yeah their plans are a mess. few days ago 9 month 300mbps plan was significantly cheaper than 12 month plan on a per month price basis. god knows what is wrong with this company.

It does get queued. No prorated upgrade to the best of my knowledge.

In the end the extra 100mbps is pointless for my purpose.
