Excitel - Slow Browsing and Internet Speed?

My issue starts from the 7pm or so and stays until late night like 4am.

It is happening since the fiber was cut on 26th Feb.

Upload is fine. But, only download is reduced. Ping ms increases and packet loss increases.





Normally, I should get 1-2ms ping, 55Mbps Download.

Try the test with the ethernet cable directly connected to your PC. The support guy always asks me to do that whenever i report a speed issue. If still slow then create a ticket with the screenshot and also mention that you connected it directly.

@neelakatappa Yeah, I'm doing that only. My ticket is open since 26th Feb but there is no reply from the Excitel yet.

When I created the ticket on 26th, They called me, asked to do the anydesk, took screenshot.

Since then, they haven't replied back.

I mailed Nodal too on Friday, but no response.

First call your LCO and if he cant fix your problem call Excitel helpdesk and if even they dont (or wont) fix your problem call Nodal.

Still call the LCO if he cooperates. My LCO is close by so I can pay him a visit if he doesn't cooperate.
