Excitel Broadband User Experience in Gurgaon

Just called the shitcel 'customer support' after waiting for the call to connect for 21 minutes.
They say that it will be resolved in an hour.
 
I'm getting too high pings on google.com as well as 8.8.8.8. Ping loss is between 9-14% which is unacceptable.
Can someone suggest a good and STABLE isp except airtel as they do no provide speeds beyond 16mbps in my area.
 
Excitel seems to have changed their backend ISP. Now its coming as 'Globe Vision'. I am now getting very good speeds on all international servers on speedtest.

My packet-loss on shitcitel was about 10% on average and on my new ISP it's 1%. Even though I see more downtime on this new ISP, I'm still not going back to shitcitel.
 
just ran a speedtest, was getting 49.67 down and 45.97 up on my 50 mbps plan.
as for the ping im getting 82ms ping on an avg from google global dns. (8.8.8.8)

@Shivam255 Would you kindly give speedtest results on international servers..... say New York...

Just thought I was missing something after moving out from Excitel....... was surprised by @varungarg455's speedtest result....... but I guess things in Excitel, Delhi remains as bad......
