Excitel Broadband User Experience in Gurgaon (Now on Excitel Fiber)

My internet went down about an hour ago. My excitel has global outage saying there is ""technical issue""" in ""core""" network.. XD

A friend is thinking about getting Excitel fibre as Airtel/jio not available in his area. He lives in Delhi.

Is Excitel a good option? Stable? Do they provide decent FUP on their cheapest plan? I think it’s 100mbps. Anything less than 2tb/month won’t be good for his case.

I recently took a new connection. It is a 200 mbps plan for 3 months. The App shows my plan as 200 3M 500. What is this 500? FUP, perhaps?

In my case it shows Fibre 6+3 300 4236 and 4236 is the total cost (for 9 months) but then 500 for 3 months seems low, maybe it’s a promotional plan for new customers
