I am getting too much packet loss on Excitel right now. Remains to be seen when this would be fixed. Not sure if my local LCO would understand what packet loss is.

Looks like they are now sending confirmation for complaints closed at their end.

Though, from the looks of it, the complaint center on the app is not connected the web portal for support. The message above is connected to my complaint filed through the app which does not appear on the web portal which is showing complaints filed through their support email address.

at least it is clear that they have a sms gateway in place with consumer's contact number in record. they can easily use it to deliver message related to only payment support. but nope... it makes more sense to inject javascript code in user's browsing sessions.
 
We do have numbers of customers and we send SMS notifications for various reasons, mainly related to

1. Service expiry reminders
2. Tickets registered/closed

unfortunately only Half of the numbers are Actual and belonging to correct users and rest half are wrong.
