they keep saying that the problem is not on their end and that its pretty much impossible to have 0% packet loss connection

If packet loss is not happening in Excitel server then it's not from the wiring, it's from the provider. But don't know why they're the only one with whom this happens

Guys, please share on which plans you are....... if other than listed on their website....

Recently, I came to know that they have 30Mbps and 40Mbps plans also.

how are you getting these speeds on international servers?
apart from singapore my speeds are much worse than yours

Difference in backbone maybe?

seems like retention plans for those who don't recharge

500 for 20mbps
550 for 30mbps
600 for 40mbps

all other plans match like 50mbps in 820 so seems correct

but my LCO says Rs.700 for Smart S 40...

These @Excitel guys are so unethical. When I complained about packet loss to them and showed them live through Ping commands and this website: Broadband Line Quality Test - Check your internet connection! Test for packet loss, network latency and jitter with our free and simple tool , they have blocked packets coming from this website. I also confirmed it through my friend who uses Excitel.

dont waste your time trying to get packet loss fixed. it will never be fixed. move on to a better isp like airtel or act

as soon as the thunderstorm started the internet went down.
can somebody please explain it to me as to why the internet goes down when it rains?
and now the rain has stopped, internet is back up and running
