they had discounted plans available during diwali. this is new one. if you see, binge plans are cheaper than regular plans.

I think it's the price + tax. (Basically prices mentioned doesn't include tax)

Also, got any idea when is the prices for the plans more than 100Mbps will be?

the prices mentioned are without tax. all of them. you can check on my.excitel.com or on their my excitel app.
they have already revealed prices of 100/200/300mbps plans which are available on Excitel Fiber.
