Now I would no longer have to deal with the LCO for this.

Well..... I don't mind saying once a month "Hello" to my LCO..... keeps me updated with whats new.....
 
i talk to them many times a month when internet goes down here and there. plus i meet the guys in the sector expanding/fixing the network so it's not that big of a deal.
 
Paying in cash....... it is a sort of an advantage that rests with my LCO..... so sort of.... if he is happy.... that is good for me....

but yes.... it is individual choice..... some might find paying online convenient.....
 
Great functionality to be honest. I don't even know who my LCO is. In the past 3 months of service, my LCO has changed twice lol.
