Excitel Broadband Not Working

As per the records our team believes the issue is resolved and Closed ticket you have raised through the Mobile App. You should have received SMS that ticket is closed and if issue is still not resolved you can Re-Open it.

I've asked them to even call you, but nobody responded on registered number.


UPDATE: Our team wanted to check with LCO about the issue as well. It took some time to get in touch with him and seems like there is still some issue in the network and he is working on resolving it... We will keep tracking from our side.

Internet finally started working at 7pm but not a very good first impression will try for one month and keep reliance as backup if there are no more failure or disconnect then will keep the connection or close it
 
For the last 2 months my connection was fine but since the last 2 days i am getting horrible speeds its one thing to have no connection but its frustrating to have a connection with 512 kbps speed after using 20 mbps
 
my ping drop has escalated in the last couple of days. i guess it would just get worse as the wires get older?
