So my LCO was nice enough not to contact me to collect payment. I could not pay online as I had to change my plan. Excitel cannot change my plan from their own end as stated by their customer care. My query is this...
I have enabled grace period as suggested by Excitel Customer Care. Would I still be able to change my plan in the morning before payment? The grace period activation process asked me to confirm if I would be paying for my current plan. Which seems like I gave commitment to stay on the same plan for next month.
Just curious. Would call the LCO in the morning and confirm here what he does.
