Excitel Broadband Connection getting reset when accessing Steam

As the title says. Started facing this issue since today morning and customer care is not ready to listen.

I don't have this issue. Does this happen when you try to start a download?

Neither able to download the client on a freshly formatted PC nor fire up it up on my other laptop.

Heads up! After upgrading router's firmware issue stands fixed. Maybe some glitch in the router as it was not restarted since 71 days.
