Exatt speed problem

I am using exatt in goregaon (W), near movie star cinema. since last 10 days my connection has become slow and whn i chk my bandwith it comes to only 32kbs (my plan is 64kbs.). there customer service is really bad and no respnse or thy knw the poroblem and doesnt want to admit.Is anybody else facing this problem. I came to hear from sources that there is bandwith problm with exatt.Alos if somebody can let me knw the diff between SINGLE USER AND MULTI USER pans of exatt. whether Multi user guarantees more bandwith

well i m using exatt 128k and getting a speed of 64k. i think exatt server is undergoing maintanence and thatz our speed prob. 🙁

lol , what maintanence are exatt undergoing since 15 days ?? looks like those idiots are capping all the users for fun . i feel we all exatt users should take some action against them.
 
well sniper i think u r right btw can any1 tell me how & where 2 see my bandwidth utilization graph. i live in mulund (W).

Ansolutely right man. I am fed up of getting only 20kBps on my 256kbps conn
 

i too have an exatt connection through globcast in mulund , 256kbps getting a download speed of 20KBps, charging me 1050/month.no Ip address or gateway is provided by them.whereas people using siffy are getting 35kbps from 256kbps package, but the only problem is siffy is not unlimitedexatt office no. 59450200
 
Things back to normal at my end, since Jan 27th 5pm, my CTO tells me "Bus abhi tension mat lo, hogaya sab" ...Hope its all fine at your end too .. 🙂
 
hmm , still having problems with the speed , capping at exactly 40 kbps in my 512. anyone's exatt issue resolved , or u just the only one ?
 
Same here. Problems still continue with capped b/ws. Cant wait to have it reverted back to full throttle 32kbps. Gonna need it soon in late Feb and March when new games come out.
 
problem not solved yet, getting 18-20bps for 256kbps unlimited package. even the exatt engg could not solve the problem, has told to go in for some other services like sify or hathway. Can any one suggest a good unlimited package from some other broadband provider, we have the vsnl firber near our complex in mulund- vasant oscar, it is from where Exatt, siffy and others are providing their service.
 
The speeds coming down for me too now 🙁 ! Yesterday they had DNS trouble for 2-3 hours . Speeds not too good also.
 
i'm thinking about getting exatt 512kbps Rs.1400/- plan. But there no. is always busy.I donno why? 56450200 , is this the right no. ?? coz someone in earlier post wrote 59450200
