I pay on a quarterly basis... 2400.00 for a quarter...800 per month 256K unlimited from exatt..

Exactly.... and i am assuming u r taking it thru a CTO ( coz u r in worli ) .I know others who use 256 @ 800 bucks.. Some people are just plain lucky!

i live in mulund (w) and i phoned up globcast (cto) and asked them reason for slow speed on exatt. the lady there went on to rant abt exatt upgrading & performing mantainence on its server. :huh: causing slow speedz.btw can any1 gimme no. of exatt personells as my cto refuses to give me numbers of exatt. :angry: offtopic: i also used to connect 2 dc++ hubs a few months ago but i think they hav stopped dc++ thru some method or s/w.F*** EXATT

In one word NO. But if u want to use it on a MAC OS X then i dont know if there is a client for that, so u can ask your cto for removing the login.

Anyway why is this there in this thread ? i dont think this is related to exatt ?!

Exatt centralised customer service is at Andheri. Their number is 56450200.. I have been bombarding them with calls. They keep refusing to accept that there is a speed capping. Asked the techie there to explain drop in speeds, he said contact your CTO. I told him that my CTO is a pr**k and does'nt understand any of my questions... The guy finally says that there is a server maintainence that will take a few days more..

Lucky till this damn capping came around.. Have been regularly torrenting approx. 2 GB per day on my 256K unlimited... Hope it gets resolved...

That does it. We have to do something about it. I cant take this any longer. There has to be some authority we can write to. I cant take 20kBps on a 256kbps conn anymore.

hi all, me too am using 256kbps exatt from globcast, getting a speed of just 20kbps, staying in mulund west, i am charged Rs.1050 per month ( any one from mulund, plz let me know how much u r paying ), called my cto, same reply - exatt is undergoing some maintainence.
