Every Month Same Problem of Billed And Unbilled Problem...???????

Hi to All.

Plz try to sought this issue ... I am fed of this issue..
I haveBSNL BB home 500

This my April Billed Usage...

And The unbilled Usage Of april of 30/04/2010 from 10.00pm to 12.00pm.

It happening everytime of every months. They r not including unbilled usage of the month in billed Usage of the same. The unbilled of april from 10 pm to 12 pm they add on May month it means i have 37mb short on May month or whatever i use in that period of time in charged in next month.:readtherules:

Give me a proper solution
 
I too have similar 2 options in my Month selection. And the time also matches 10pm to 12pm. But I dont have to worry, since mine is Unlimited Plan.By the way, does this 2 options (Billed and Unbilled) disappear after few days (after 10th of month) or does it remain for ever?
