Establishing internet connectivity for 2 pcs with MTNL sterlite modem 300AX (4 ETH ports)

Hi everybody,I have two desktops and i want to have internet connectivity for each.I used separate Cat-5 ethernet (RJ45) cables to connect from the Modem to the pc'sBut still only one pc is able to enjoy internet connectivity.I tried fiddling with network connection properties but no positive outcome.In the 2nd pc its says Mtnl broad band connection 100 mbps connected and aftersome time there is a Asterik ( ! ) icon in the system tray.Can anyone sort out my problem! thanks in advance
 
Try only LAN1 and Lan4 ports.
says Lan2 for VOIP Lan3 for Multiplay IPTV etc )
MTNL Delhi has reported the ports are marked wrongly.

hi ,thanks for the reply..actually i stay in mumbai and so i have got the new sterlite 300ax modem from mtnl.I modified the vlan settings in the 192.168.1.1 and it worked mate....thanks for your previous post that gave me an idea about the settings to be done in the vlan .. this forum really rocks
 
^^ can u let us how u put/ make all Lan port working for Internet ...


] TRY to set in "Dialer" mode
( "Bridged")
DHCP may/can be disabled
Use Dialer to connect in say LAN1 computer.
check other systems also connect or not in LAN2 LAN3 and LAN4.
.
Any other user having this modem please try and give feedback.
