BSNL 1000 upto 2 Mbps
Today I had this problem : Error 691.BSNL customer care changed my password in the morning which didn't work .However by evening the password started working.After this I tried to change my password from the Dataone portal but it is not changing.What remedy do I have ?PS :By the way Im using Huawei WA 1003a modem for WiFi.

do try checking the current username and password by logging in to the portal and verifying the password.. or even by trying to change it!! or just try calling 1500 or 18004241600 and tell them your problem.. this is sometimes a server issue.. i too have faced a similar problem before.. i'm on pppoe mode so i get the error "authentication failure" in my modem status.. so that is similar to error 691
