error 678; only in free hours

BSNL Home 500 C
guys.. i am from punjab.. and i am suffring a strange problum .. i am getting error 678 .. the remote computer did not respond.. error.. but the thing is i am getting this error only in free hours.. happening from last three days.. once today.. i was able to connect.. remained connected for about 1 hour.. then there was a drop in speed .. i decided to disconnect and reconnect but wasant able to connect. .. after 8am .. i can easily connect in first try.. but when i try to connect at abut 4:30 or 6am .. i am getting this 678 error...i am using home 500 plan.... anyone else getting this problum .. please reply..i think i am robbed by bsnl.. cos now i can only use paid bandwidth//😢:wall:
 
Maybe BSNL shuts down the server in Punjab during free hours.
 
OMG :rofl:The sad thing is that we also cannot claim for a thing which is FREE :hysterical:

confirm that their isn't any repair/maintenance work going on in the local exchange.
did you contacted the bsnl guyz?
nothing to panic... patience is only needed with bsnl

Are you using any automatic script for NU 0200 -0800 ? in "Dialup" mode?
Try "Always On" connection. reset in WAN page your ID ( without @bsnl.in and )PW.
disable "bridged"
Save and reboot.
