Error: 678 of Tata Indicom-VSNL Broadband

I am facing the problem like connection disconnection frequently with the ERROR # 678 and I complained the same by mail but they don't respond. What Should I do?:madness:
 
Error 678 is when the server you are trying to connect to is not responding, this can be due to several reasons, most out of your control. Lets hope Indicom guys respond sooner or later.
 
What Should I do?

Keep raising complaints. But NOT thru email or call center.

Email is not tracable and call center is frustrating and not toll-free to boot.

Got to their website and lodge complaint yourself. Do keep a track of complaint numbers.

Once you have creating enough complaint numbers, your case will be escalated to someone who can fix things.

At least thats what worked for me.
