Edit TITLE?

Why cannot I edit the title of my thread?

editing the title makes sense. not deleting... but since editing is enabled... deleting kinda makes sense too... ummm... let me think about it. double posts would somewhat reduce coz of that. good point.

hmm...sure...i see ur point...ok can we do this like the user can delete his topic only if there are no replies??? also in this new skin, the "edit" message is coming by defaultvvvvv
