Yeah, i was on the 12th floor. And the building was indeed shaking. Most of the residents had come down using the stairs. The shaking was very prominent.

I didn't feel it too. Maybe because I am ground floor.

I was taking photos at my terrace of plants, didn't feel anything at all.

However my friend said that it was quite powerful, his monitor moved back and forth.
