DSL Light ON but internet not connecting

Since last two days I am having this problem. The DSL link is fine as it glows solid as usual, but the internet doesn't connect.
It is weird as all my neighbors are able to connect as usual.
The link quality in the modem page shows everything is fine with good SNR as always. In the diagnostics page, everything PASS except PPP server connection, assigned IP address, default gateway, and DNS which FAIL.
I reset the modem several times and reconfigured it but still internet is not connecting. I assure the username and password are correct.
So is this the problem of my modem as no one near my house are having any connectivity issues?
My modem model is wa3002g4 which is more than 6 years old now.
 
The problem is from the server/exchange side. Contact local telephone exchange. It will be rectified.
 
Well, as you guys said it is indeed a server issue at the exchange. Don't know why it happened only to me.
Anyway it is now rectified and my nearly 7 year old dusty modem might still have some years to go.
 
When it happens next time, try a new modem. Just to be sure.
