Downstream Attainable Data Rate Goes down

Hey guys,

I have been facing a problem from past 1 week. My Downstream Attainable Data Rate goes down suddenly.
This is how it looks when i restart my modem

Downstream Data Rate 7996 Kbps Upstream Data Rate 104 Kbps Downstream Attainable Data Rate 17368Kbps Upstream Attainable Data Rate 113 Kbps SNR (Downstream) 23.50 dB SNR (Upstream) 14.0 dB Line Attentuation(Downstream) 14.5 dB Line Attentuation(Upstream) 8.5 dB

and after some time
My Downstream Attainable Data rate goes down to something like 9000Kbps or less.
SNR ( Downstream ) 21db
SNR (Upstream ) 8db
Line Attentuation- Down is 15db
Up is 9 db
Sometimes Modem resets itself.

So I wanted to know if there is some problem with my modem or line, idk what is happening and my line man has checked the line and he says that everything is fine.

If there is problem is in modem which modem should i Buy?
