Downloading from BSNL users

Does downloading from other bsnl users from the same exchange count towards your monthly limit?

Yes. It is counted, irrespective of any connection or the same connection divided into two pc, if it goes thru bsnl router.

It appears the question is ? Who foots/pays the bill if I use others ID to download from Dataone ? The bill will go the telephone number in which DataOne Broadband is accessed. ( if exceeds the free quota ) Better this thread is closed.

No, no i am not talking about using someone else's id, i meant downloading from shared folders. Anyway i did check by downloading a 20MB file, yes it does count towards your monthly quota
