Does Docomo charge extra for 3G data usage while roaming?

Does Docomo charge extra for 3G data usage while roaming on Tata Docomo network?
I was looking at Docomo's 3G plan's T&C's in Tata DOCOMO 3G Plans | Prepaid & Postpaid 3G Plans in India | 3G Data Card | Tata DOCOMO ...

and noticed this text "Out of bundle charges for roaming usage will apply"

I didn't quite understood this. does it mean bundled free data usage in a 3G pack is not applicable while roaming?

Did any one used Tata Docomo while in roaming?

I am from MH and just went to HYD in AP where there was EDGE. There was no Roaming Charges for EDGE.
