Does anyone face connecting problems in Chennai?

Does anyone face connecting problems with BSNL in Chennai? It was rejecting the username and password as wrong for the whole day today. BSNL ccs say the problem is widespread and didn't register a complaint 😡 I registered a complaint for slow speeds during free hours. I request other affected persons to register a complaint with them. If we are lucky some action will be taken.Is 1500 number is toll free from BSNL landline phones?

Me too facing the same prob(i am facing the prob for the past 3 to 4 days), eveytime i switch on the modem, my Internet lamp fails to On. And it says Authetication error. :wall:

My Dataone connection is suffering from Night Blindness as it doesn't work after 17:44 (05:44PM) according to my system time and the connection resumes back only the next morning between 6:00AM - 7:00AM. Its been like this since Dec 20 2008 also the complaint seems to be Pending from that date till now. :wall: 😡

I have a laptop (XP x32) and a desktop (Vista x64) and the problem is the same on both the systems. Also if the link is not available then there wont be any net connection and this link problem arises after 17:44 (My Desktop system time) so i am 100% sure that this has nothing to do with my OS.

Now only you are telling about the Link light not coming. Giving complaints in Call centre is waste most of the time. Give a letter AE of the concerned exchange. It is 99% exchange problem. Some action will be taken atleast within 4days. If no action is taken you can go to higherups.
