Does Airtel Xstream Broadband provide public ipv4 address if willing to pay extra?

Static IPv4. Though two people seems to be struggling with getting static ip from airtel so they might have changed this policy.

yup. airtel is an old player so they should have enough ips to allocate. smaller newer players tend to have an actual shortage. bsnl i believe is sitting on shit load of ips which they sell to other companies from what i have read around here.

That's all? There's no other clause like maybe a plan rate below which you won't be issued one unless you upgrade? Is the cheapest plan also eligible if they're willing to pay 99?
