Does Airtel provide V Fiber in Delhi ncr and Ambala City?

I am moving to Ambala city. I saw on airtel website that they have bb availability in Ambala. I want to know if it is dsl or V Fiber. On there official website v fiber is not available in ambala.
Location in ambala. Police line road, Central Jail quarter.

Or if there is any other good ISP in ambala you can vouch for? I need good upload speed and i saw on youtube that airtel v fiber now provide 10mb+ upload speed.

@Sushubh If i am not wrong you had airtel adsl connection? Did you upgrade it to v fiber/FTTH or not?
 
I doubt it would be available in every area of Ambala. Best way to know is check any stickers or no parking banners.
If Airtel is present a sale guy no would be printed there.
