Sify from the past month has bypassed the CTO in my case and phones me to confirm account renewal and about sending their collection agent to collect the cheque. The trouble it the callers asks lots of questions besides the needed address, which irks me, like whether i work or study, where is it that i do what i do , even my vehicle registration number(what the...). I told them to bug off or I am dumping Sify and they did :-|. Do any of you guys get similarly bugged by Sify callers? And if anyone from Sify is reading this, stop being so annoying!
