Simple update the firmware with the old one available on beetel website...
tell them you heard of the latest firmware 3.06 and u thought of getting it from the manufacturers website.... but the update spoilt your modem..which it surely will....:redface: should not be hard to make the rest of the story... after all you are tekky...:thumbsup:
yeah what to tell them ? the modem is not TURNIN ON @ all ? ofcourse the guy would check it first the replace !
