Dlink + WRT54G Automatic Router Reboot

Hi All I have D-Link 502 T modem in bridged mode configured and Linksys WRT54G v 7.2 router configured for wifi connectivity in pppoe mode and connected to modem. I am not able to do automatic Router reboot . I can not access modem from this setup and can not access Router with telnet. Can somebody suggest step by step what to do to enable automatic router reboot without disturbing modem bridged mode settings .
 
RJ45 from D-Link modem instead of connecting to WAN port of Linksys, change to LAN1 port and try. Presume you are aware of automatic schedulers etc. Try Search above.
