it sure does. You need to follow the option of
2) Flashed D-Link to ME firmware to setup ethernet interface.
Manoj has provided a link which lays out the steps.
only one issue i am facing is that every time the cable modem and the wireless router is restarted. i need to reboot my wireless router again to get the DNS settings correctly.

Dear Amit, can you please tell which new firmware you have installed. I have tried ME & Russian firmware but am not able to connect. I have got the MAC address reset by Hathway. Please help.

Which WiFi router works best with Hathway Docsis 3.0 plans? I was planning to buy DLink 2750U, but is there a better alternative? My only preference is signal range.
