Dismal 3G performance for the past week

Hi,I am using MTNL 3G Jadoo in Green Park, New Delhi, on both my cell phone and a dedicated data card with the Teracomm USB stick. For the past week, the 3G on data stick has been acting up -- first there were frequent disconnections, and now the speed doesn't go beyond 6 kbps. From what I gather, others too are facing this problem in Mumbai. But is anyone facing similar problems in Delhi. I have tried calling the 3G CC (23627494) but it's constantly engaged. Any suggestions, people?

hey can u tell me that what maximum speed u get in green park in ordinary day because i only get 1.5mb speed (141 Kbs/s) at night after 10 pm speed drop to 256-512kbs
