Discovery Channel not available in Channel List of SUN Direct

Hi, To all Customers of SUN DIRECT. Can any of you please inform me whether you can see Discovery Channel in the Channel Menu list of SUN DIRECT? I cannot see the same in my Channel List. Without knowing this I bought an Addon Alacarte pack of Discovery. After that I realised it is not even available in my channel list. I am trying to reach SD CC for the past three days via the no: 044-39407575. Pathetic I am trying from my Airtel no and it says the "Destination you are trying to reach is not available". I really wonder whether this no still exists... Can anybody please tell me if you are getting Discovery Channel and if yes on what Channel No? I haven't updated my Settop box software for a long time. May be this might be causing the problem. Can anybody please tell me on how to do this as well?Thanks,Moorthy.

E540 is diccovery channel and it is very much there

Hi, Thanks I got the channel. I had to reset to Factory Default settings and update my software and do an Auto scan again to get the channel. Thanks,Moorthy.
