Here is my review after 6 months:
If you want trustworthy / reliable internet, then look elsewhere or you will end up pulling your hair. This Excitel has no excitement, only disconnection every day. If you can stay connected for more than 12 hours than consider it as a miracle. The customer care are like radio loop. "Connection has been restored, Issue is fixed, thanks for waiting" This is worst than MTNL. I'm out of luck as only MTNL and Excitel broadband are available in my area. Both are unreliable. BS internet.
