I was not able to login to VI App, OTP was not coming. Later in evening got OTP. Then tried again, and received OTP instantly.

Glad to know it was not just with my account. I was trying to pay for something from my card and not a single OTP came after 3 tries. Finally, went with the non-otp method.

Just placed an order on Amazon and paid with hdfc cc and got the otp sms just fine on my airtel prepaid number.
